Aligning Standards March 8, 2008

Followup to the March 4 post AASL standards Align, Embed or Integrate?  which looked at terminology.

Taking the first term, ALIGN, there have been  discussions between AASL and ISTE members comparing the new standards introduced for each organization. This I believe begins to address alignment.

Same comparison but from a different view SIGMS compares the NETS and new AASL standards

This one looks by Janet Murray looks at the NETS, the new AASL and the BigSix

So far I have only seen one comparison for a curricular area;

 Relationship Between Reading Comprehension Strategiesand AASL’s Standards for the 21st-Century Learner

Are there any others that readers can recommend?
